Belfast Main Drainage Scheme, Belfast (NI) Conceptual plus D & B tender stage designs; later detailed design for construction, of temporary and permanent geotechnical works associated with storm holding tanks, discharge culverts and outfall structure. Development of cellular cofferdam approach to form outfall apron at -6m OD level and wing wall construction in the Sleech of the River Lagan.

Diyaar al Muharraq Project (Bahrain)
FEASIBILITY: Desk study appraisal of 24sqkm shallow coastal platform for the proposed reclamation project. Preliminary assessment of seabed conditions; potential borrow sites; rock armour resource evaluation; marine geo-environmental constraints.
INVESTIGATIONS: Design, procurement & supervision of 1,300 line km marine surveys, met-ocean data collection and marine ground investigations to facilitate detailed hydrodynamic modelling and the geotechnical design of phased reclamation works.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION: Geotechnical support in connection reclamation contract drafting; advance construction of coastal access roads; reclamation performance verification; beach sand sourcing.

Wind Farm Development - 2007 (Ireland). Desk study & site reconnaissance for the appraisal of hydrology and ground conditions for proposed wind farm developments. Preparation of planning / pre-tender surface water and groundwater risk assessments and evaluation of the potential for initiation of peat instability.
